It is adjacent to the airport. We got room with a shower. Just a walk down to Campanelo, where you can have lunch...
Rooms were tiny.

The hotel had a fantastic setting in the grounds of a castle with beautiful cobblestone streets outside. The room was spacious and clean, with a huge comfortable bed and a very luxurious bathroom with a bathtub. The location was very convenient for exploring the city center, and the staff was helpful when spoken to in basic Spanish.
The hotel was let down by occasional wifi problems, which could be an issue for business travelers, and limited English spoken by the staff. Some guests complained of rude behavior by some staff members—others were helpful.

The hotel was conveniently located near many wonderful restaurants and tourist attractions. The clean and well-equipped rooms were a delight to stay in. We especially appreciated the complementary snacks and drinks that were offered in the room. The hotel's proximity to the lively town center made exploring the city a breeze and contributed to an overall pleasant experience.
We were disappointed to find out that the restaurant on the website was closed during our stay. Furthermore, the elevator only took us up to the second floor, which was an oversight and caused some frustration trying to navigate with strollers.

The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds and a quiet environment. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service was helpful, with staff going out of their way to assist guests. There was a nice restaurant for breakfast just around the corner. Facilities included air-conditioning, additional blankets, and the ability to control temperature.
It would've been nice to have WiFi available in the rooms, rather than just in the lobby area.
